So this story starts with my getting admitted to a MBA college (where I never wanted to be, not because it's not good or something, but I saw myself somewhere else). The first thing that I got to see here, was my seniors and their passion, their enthusiasm, their spirit in everything they did, really; they seemed great. But now when we all our in our third semester (our last year at the college) I kindda miss all of them (not because I had great relations with them; as a matter of fact I never even talked to over 90% of my seniors). I really miss them because their presence really made me believe that I was quite safe; and why?, because at least I had the option of speaking to them if something panned out differently than I thought.
So what I am trying to say is, that now when I see my all classmates and myself in their (our seniors') role, I get very disappointed because none of us seems to justify it. If any of our skills is taken as a parameter, and then we are compared with our seniors on those parameters I'm sure we'll all be laggards. In almost all the manners they were better than us (they organized thumping "Induction Ceremony" for us and we couldn't even bid them a "proper and deserving" Dasvidaniya). So, I've been asking myself a question since the day our seniors left the college; if we are ever going to be like them.........!!!!!!!!!!!

Coming to your post, the feeling or phase you are going through will be repeated for your juniors too. They will look upon you guyz just like you have seen your seniors. It's all your inner neediness is making you feel like that.
I might be wrong, but thinking this could be one of the reason.
hey realx .... i am actually younger to u so u kno best how things work out but as fas as i c..every year i grow a year older and i c a new batch of my juniors at my college...they look up to us and we luk up to our seniors and our seniors look up to our prof ...and eventually our prof to the almighty god...now its not a rule that we have to luk it up in this way... i even hav a option to look up to god directly and the same goes for our juniors....they need not look upto us our our seniors, God is still there...

Hey nice post.But according to me one should never try to be like someone.Just be original.The batch u r having must be having certain qualities which ur seniors might not be having.
